RATE:

Rates are Valid Until December 31, 2011 , quoted in USD and subject to an applicable government tax and service charge.

High and Low Seasons period:
High Season period : 01 June – 31 October
Low  Season period : 01 November – 30 May

Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation.

Check in time      : 14.00
Check out time    : 12.00
Late check – out ( day use) up to 18.00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night room rate and subject to availability; above 18.00 is at additional charge of 100% or 1 night room rate.

Terms of Payment
Deposit are required upon confirmation of a reservation,  with the amount of 50% of the total reservation value or transferred to our USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our confirmation. The deposit will guarantee the reservation.
Deposit will be fully refundable for any cancellation made according the abovementioned period, for cancellation made less than the abovementioned period would result in a forfeit of 50% of the paid deposit. The balance will be refunded to you except in the case of single night bookings, which will forfeit 100% of the forfeit deposit. Any resulting bank transfer fees will be deducted from the amount to be transferred.
